Gracious Holiday

The "rascal" Mangums invited us down to North Carolina to celebrate the gracious holiday at their charming Cicada Cottage. The host and hostess were amazing as usual: with pear flavored water at our bedside, an emergency milk run on Thanksgiving day, a feast just as worthy as my childhood recollections, four rascals keeping MD entertained, and with the company of a sister and brother and brother-in-law, we couldn't help but feel at home!

As we went around the 14 foot table (many Thanksgivings were had on that table) we shared our gratitude for each other, the gospel, life, food, health, and more--nothing that hasn't been thanked before, but how sweet to hear it (and share it) from those you love.
