This Ephemeral Ride

Perforated peace or that osculant opposition--

Take it all, plead for it to drench yourself to the core.

This time in the plan is but an ephemeral ride

Ride, move, proceed, make one’s way, journey--

Though one with weight.

Perforated peace or that osculant opposition--

Take it all, plead for it to saturate your senses.

The horror it’d be, to pass and just that.

Pass, fade, blow over, run its course, subside--

It would only be to fail.

Perforated peace or that osculant opposition--

Take it all, plead for it to imbue you with indebtedness.

We are as the dust with divine potential

Potential, capacity, possibilities, to become, prospects--

His eyes see differently.

Perforated peace or that osculant opposition--

Take it all, plead for it to bless you with it’s presence.

Life is to be lived and loved, to your bones be felt.

Feel, discern, caress, be conscious of, experience--

Do more than exist.

I had to look up osculant, also! You should pen a book of your poetry. It really is so amazing.

What a gift the Lord has blessed you with. Please share it with the world. Poets need to be read. Hugs, gma jones (using somebody elses internet) ps, my word verification was jones. heehee
